Rev. Minnie McCoy has ministered to the homeless & working poor population in Texas, New York & South East Raleigh, NC. For many years. After giving food and clothing to the homeless in a local Raleigh Park, Rev. McCoy saw many young, homeless women and working poor families leave the park not knowing where they would spend the night.
Rev. McCoy had a vision to found a ministry that would assist homeless and working poor families transition into affordable, permanent housing. Thus, TFP was founded in 1997 at 526 E. Hargett St. near downtown Raleigh (between Swain & East Street.) In 2007 we moved to a larger space.
