The family place is strongly committed to serving hurting, destitute families, youth and individuals, who are victims of systemic poverty to move them on the continuum to prosperity and a better quality of life.  TFP is committed through referrals & services that those we serve have the following:

• A safe home environment free of drugs
• Access to affordable housing
• Access to nutritious and fresh foods
• Access to literacy programs and free books for all children
• Access to computers for homework an internet access
• Access to training programs (mentoring and support programs to acquire better jobs)
• Access to affordable medical care

     Nutrition classes
     Health screenings and nutrition classes
     Social and business etiquette classes

• Household furnishings, clothing closet, on-site food pantry and
  in home grocery delivery and counseling

• Emergency funds for financial assistance for utilities and rental deposits. We have almost depleted this fund. Won’t you prayerfully make a donation?

In January 2006 TFP moved from our old location on Hargett St. in Raleigh, NC. The Family Place moved to a larger facility with more space.  We are now located at 114 East Lenoir Street.Raleigh, NC. All praises to The Most High for this blessing!
